Registration

Payment 

Payment will be processed upon issuance of a receipt by the Slovenian Medical Association following the conclusion of the congress. All necessary information will be collected during registration.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via postal mail, email, or fax. Registration fees will be fully refunded for cancellations received at least one month before the first day of the congress. A partial refund of 50% will be available for cancellations received up to seven days prior to the congress. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received less than seven days before the first day of the congress. Cancellation requests should be directed to:

The Slovenian Society of Otolaryngology reserves the right to cancel the event if insufficient registrations are received. In such cases, the Society will fully refund registration fees. However, additional costs incurred by registrants, such as airline or hotel penalties, will remain the responsibility of the registrants.
